Pegasus

Complex documents, turned into short, guided videos.

Upload the engagement letter, report or set of terms your firm already sends. Pegasus turns it into a personalised narrated video, scene by scene, in plain English. Your client watches it, answers a few plain yes/no questions, and confirms they understood before they sign — so you end up with evidence they understood, not just proof you sent it.

Your document, unchanged → A narrated video → A sealed record of what they saw and confirmed

How it works

Three steps, on your own template.

Nothing about your documents changes. Pegasus wraps around what you already send.

Step 1

Upload

Drop in the document your firm already produces — unchanged, on your own template, in the format you already use.

Step 2

Turn it into a video

Pegasus breaks the document into scenes and narrates each one in plain English, using that client's own figures and dates. They watch at their own pace, with no skipping ahead.

Step 3

Confirm

They confirm they understand the terms, give their consent and sign. The record is digitally sealed the moment they do, so any later change would show.

It replaces e-signature. Where Signable or eSign capture a signature, Pegasus captures the understanding behind it.
What you can send through it

Any document can become a video.

A few examples, sector by sector. If it's long, technical, or carries a consequence the client will only notice later, it's a candidate.

  • Statement of affairs
  • Administrators’ statement of proposals
  • CVA proposal and standard terms
  • SIP 16 pre-pack disclosure

Personal insolvency and debt solutions

  • IVA proposal and standard terms
  • Debt management plan terms
  • Sequestration and bankruptcy petition
  • Debt relief order application

Legal services

  • Client care letter and terms of engagement
  • Conditional fee agreement
  • Settlement agreement
  • Lasting power of attorney

Financial advice and pensions

  • Investment and pension suitability report
  • Defined benefit pension transfer advice
  • Client agreement and ongoing advice fees
  • Key features document and illustration

Mortgages and secured loans

  • Mortgage illustration (ESIS)
  • Mortgage offer and conditions
  • Suitability and recommendation report
  • Independent legal advice and occupier consent

Finance agreements

  • Regulated credit agreements
  • Pre-contract credit information
  • Hire purchase and PCP agreements
  • Personal guarantees and indemnities

Pegasus works with whatever your firm already sends — if a client has to understand it before they agree to it, it can become a video.

Features

Everything the record needs to hold up.

Built so the evidence is a by-product of the client journey, not a separate compliance exercise afterwards.

Any document, unchanged

Uploaded on your own template, in your own wording, with no rewriting and no new drafting process for your team.

Document to video, automatically

Set a document type up once, and every forty-page document of that type becomes a short narrated video, scene by scene, built around that client's own figures, dates and circumstances. No filming, no studio, and nothing to write per client.

Watch-through enforced

Scenes play in order and can't be skipped, so the client reaches the end of the explanation before they reach the signature.

Comprehension questions

Firm-written yes/no questions come just before consent. A "No" pauses the journey and alerts the case manager to get in touch, and the flag stays even if the client changes their answer.

Attestation before signature

The client confirms that they understood, captured before they sign rather than bundled into the signature block.

Tamper-evident seal

The finished record is cryptographically sealed. Any later alteration is detectable, so the file stands as evidence.

Document fingerprinting

The exact version the client saw is fingerprinted on upload, so there's no argument later about which draft was explained.

Signed with a one-time code

The client signs using a code sent to their own phone, so the signature is tied to a device only they hold.

Document dwell time

Measured per page, and the timer pauses when the tab is hidden — so what's recorded is time the page was actually on screen.

37 audit event types

An append-only log of the whole story of a file — what was sent, opened, watched, answered and signed.

Engagement MI

Reading time, replays and drop-off points feed back as management information across your whole client base.

EEA hosting

Pegasus runs on Microsoft Azure in the EEA, where client data and sealed records are held.

Engagement signals

Every page is timed — and it tells you something.

The same data that evidences compliance also shows you where clients hesitate, so you can act on it. Where a client slows down is usually where the risk is.

  • Document dwell time

Per page, with the timer paused when the tab is hidden.

  • Comprehension answers

Every yes/no answer, including any No and the re-answer that followed it.

  • Audit events

37 event types in an append-only log of the file.

  • Video completion

When they started and finished, with watch-through enforced.

p.10 Data and privacy31s
p.11 Complaints route35s

This client had the fees and early-termination pages on screen for four minutes — the two clauses most likely to end in a complaint. Your team sees that before the work begins.

Complaint defence

"I didn't understand." Answered.

It's the complaint every firm dreads, and the one a paper trail can't defend. Pegasus replaces "we sent it" with proof of what the client actually saw.

"I didn't understand what I was signing — and no one explained it to me."
Near-impossible to rebut from a file that only shows the document was issued and a signature came back.
That they watched the whole video, start to finish, and how long each page of the document was on screen — all timestamped.
The exact terms explained in plain English — the same words they saw, on record.
Their own attestation that they understood, captured before the signature rather than after.
Sealed and tamper-evident, built to stand as evidence in front of a judge, a regulator or an ombudsman.
The aim: fewer upheld complaints, lower redress and less regulatory exposure, because "I didn't understand" no longer stands on its own.
Why it matters

Understanding is the standard now.

Across professional services, the expectation has shifted from issuing information to making sure the client actually took it in — and being able to show it.

Informed decisions

What's expected

Clients receive the right information, at the right time, in a form they can understand — before they commit, not alongside the invoice.

The problem behind it

  • Documents written for the file, not the reader
  • Key terms buried in length
  • No proof the client grasped the deal

Cost and value transparency

What's expected

Fees, charges and what the client actually gets for them are made clear and prominent, in a way that can be evidenced later.

The problem behind it

  • Cost disclosure skimmed or missed entirely
  • Disputes over what was agreed and when
  • Value questioned after the work is done

Vulnerability and accessibility

What's expected

Reasonable adjustments are made where a client needs them, so the explanation lands regardless of literacy, language or circumstance.

The problem behind it

  • Vulnerability missed at the crucial moment
  • Dense text excluding the people it most affects
  • No record of what was offered or adjusted
The common thread: most firms can't show the client understood — and that is exactly what's now expected.
